  • Villa Mulu has it all! A beautiful contemporary house which is also hugely comfortable! Standing in an EXCEPTIONAL location right on the water’s edge with breathtaking views across the bay to Palairos and towards Meganisi you feel immediately relaxed. The owners have thought of it all. The beds are wonderful with glorious white linen. The bathrooms even have a view from the loo! The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of fridges! The sitting room flows seamlessly to the outside and the infinity pool. There are lots of loungers on different levels and the most magnificent shaded table for al fresco dining. And it’s only a few steps to a small beach. It’s the perfect place for families or for a group of friends and it’s definitely a place to return to at any time of year. And we will! Highlights: My morning swim in the sea. Having family suppers outside gazing across the bay beneath the stars. Taking a rib to the nearby islands for delicious lunches and finding secluded bays. Walking to the pretty town for drinks and suppers in the local tavernas. Being half an hour from the airport. Proximity to easy grocery shopping.

  • We spent a wonderful 10 days at Villa Mulu in June & loved every minute. The villa is easy to travel to (less than half an hours drive on empty roads from Prevezza & is situated directly above the sea on the edge of a quiet village (Pogonia) with off street parking. It is a huge villa with very comfortable accommodation, including en-suite showers/loos , very comfy beds, an enormous kitchen & living room space with separate dining room, a beautiful terrace & infinity pool with fabulous views across the bay to Paleros & excellent outside dining area, terrace with sun beds & BBQ area. The sea is accessible via a 2 minute walk just below the villa from the costal path or you can drive a short distance to the huge sandy beach which it overlooks. There are a couple of nice beach bars with sun beds on the beach & Paleros (only a few minutes further drive away) is a lovely town with plenty of nice restaurants for evenings out & bars plus boat hire availability. We drove up & down the coast to visit other pretty towns/beaches/restaurants too. Overall the villa is a 5 star experience & we would love to go back!

  • We’ve just spent a week at Villa Mulu and it was glorious! The house has everything - it’s beautifully designed and is equipped with all you will need for your stay. And it’s in the MOST beautiful location - the view over looking the bay towards Palairos is stunning. The bedrooms are so comfortable with lovely bedding and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms are modern and you can have a view across the bay from your shower or loo! The bath in the master bedroom over looking the sea is a great touch. The kitchen and living room space is huge with tonnes of natural light and leads out via floor-to-ceiling doors to the terrace. The outdoor area has been really well thought out with lots of sun loungers and seating areas around the infinity pool. You can walk down a few steps from the garden and be right on the beach. The outdoor table is a lovely spot for lunch and dinner and there’s an indoor dining room as well. There’s a well equipped local supermarket in Pogonia as well as a taverna a stone’s throw away. A five minute drive will take you to Palairos which has many cafes and restaurants with friendly owners and great food. There’s also so many other towns in the area that are worth a visit (you can hire a boat in Palairos to do so) - we loved Mytikas. Villa Mulu is a wonderful house and I can’t wait to go back to see that dreamy view!

  • Loved our stay in this fabulous villa which is only 25 minutes from Prevezza airport. The house was incredible with wonderful views across the bay which can be seen from the terraces and relaxing sun-loungers. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, efficient aircon and great showers. Easy access to the beach for swimming, paddle boards and boat hire. Lots of delicious restaurants nearby too. Looking forward to returning and exploring the area more.
